Mr. Chun-Hui Wu resigned as the President and the position is succeeded by Mr. Shih-Hsin, Chen.

Mr. Chia-Wen Luo is retired on August 31th, 2024 and the position is succeeded by Mr. Chun-Hui Wu, who is current Chairman of the Gains Investment Corporation.

Mr. Pai-Chien Huang retired on Feb. 1th, 2023 and was appointed as the Honorary consultant to GAINS.
Chun-Hui Wu and Chia-Wen Luo have been serving as the Chairman and the President of the Company since Feb. 1th, 2023.

Mr. Ming-Hsien Wu retired on June 30th, 2018 and was appointed as the Honorary consultant to GAINS.
Pai-Chien Huang and Chun-Hui Wu have been serving as the Chairman and the President of the Company since July 1th, 2018.

Mr. Chi-Hwa Gou is retired on May 31th, 2017 and the position is succeeded by Mr. Pai-Chien, Huang, who is current Vice Assistant President of CSC's Financial Division.

Mr. Chang-Rong Hsu is retired on Nov. 30th, 2016 and the position is succeeded by Mr. Ming-Hsien Wu, who is current Vice President of CSC's Financial Division.

Mr. Chang-Rong Hsu, Chairman & President of GAINs, resigned as the President since 1th Oct., 2016.
Mr. Chi-Hwa Kuo, General Manager of CSC's Financial Division, has been assigned as the President on 1th Oct., 2016.
